Terms Of Service
Rules for using FirstLineAI
These terms govern access to and use of FirstLineAI. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and within applicable law.
Last updated April 13, 2026
1. Service scope
FirstLineAI is a research and personalization product for outbound workflows. It helps users upload lead data, analyze public company websites, and generate suggested opening lines.
FirstLineAI is not an email delivery platform. Users remain responsible for the systems they use to send outreach and for compliance with anti-spam, privacy, and communication laws in their jurisdiction.
2. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding login access.
- You must provide accurate billing and account information.
- You must not use the service to violate law, contractual duties, or the rights of others.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use FirstLineAI to:
- send unlawful spam or conduct abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent outreach;
- crawl or process targets you do not have a lawful basis to use in your workflow;
- attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, credit controls, or account restrictions;
- probe, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its providers; or
- use the product to generate content for illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
4. Billing and credits
- Subscriptions and one-time credit purchases are processed through Polar.
- Subscription credits renew by billing cycle according to the plan tied to the account.
- Pay-as-you-go credits are tracked separately from subscription credits.
- Paid subscriptions should be canceled before requesting account deletion.
5. Data and account deletion
Users may request account deletion from settings. Deletion requests are scheduled with a grace period so the request can be canceled before execution. The request may be blocked while a paid subscription remains active or where the user still owns a team with other members.
Additional details about retention, shared cache data, and vendors are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
The service depends on third-party providers including hosting, database, workflow, crawling, model, billing, and email vendors. Availability may be affected by provider outages, rate limits, or changes outside our control.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to prevent abuse, security incidents, non-payment, legal exposure, or clear violations of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
